How to clear sinuses Acupressure points?

There are a few different ways to clear your sinuses using acupressure points. One way is to use your thumb and index finger to press on the issues on either side of your nose, just below the inner corners of your eyes. You can also use your thumb and middle finger to press on the points on either side of your nose just below the corners of your eyes. In either case, you should hold these points for 1 to 2 minutes, and it can be repeated as often as necessary to clear nasal congestion.

The point on the side of each nostril where it meets with the bridge of your nose can also be pressed for between 30 seconds and 1 minute to help clear your sinuses. You can also use a ballpoint pen to insist on these points if your fingers are unavailable.

Finally, the point located on the top of your head, in the center, just above your eyebrows, can be pressed to help clear your sinuses. This point should be encouraged for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and it should be repeated as often as necessary.

These acupressure points can be pressed at any time to help clear your sinuses. If you experience sinus pressure headaches, pressing the acupressure points on either side of your nose will also help relieve that headache pain.

You can also use acupressure to help clear sinuses by using a hot compress. To do this, heat an organic oil such as almond or coconut in a pot and then soak a cloth in the oil. After removing the fabric from the pot, wring it out and holding it against your face (covering both eyes and your nose). Breathe in the fumes of the hot oil for around 10 minutes, which will help clear your sinuses.

This method should only be used when the weather is fantastic, as you don’t want to burn your face! Instead of using a hot compress, you can also use a warm compress. To do this, soak a towel in a mixture of boiling water and sea salt, wring out the excess water and then hold it against your face for around 10 minutes. Warm compresses work just as well at clearing sinuses as hot compacts do, so either can be used to help clear up congestion in your nose or sinus pressure headaches.

The last way to use acupressure points on yourself to clear nasal congestion is by applying lemon balm essential oil to closed nostrils. If you have any pure lemon balm essential oil (not lemon balm scented), then you can put a few drops of this on your fingers and rub it around the insides of your nostrils. Not only will the scent of the lemon balm help to clear sinuses, but applying it to your nose like this will also clear up congestion.

If you do not have any pure lemon balm essential oil, simply smelling some fresh-cut lemons will also help you open up your blocked nasal passages! Lemon is perfect for helping people with sinus problems because it helps thin out mucus while killing off bacteria or viruses that may be causing infection in or around your nose.

Throat Coat tea is another great option for clearing nasal congestion quickly. It contains marshmallow root, licorice root, and slippery elm bark, which help coat your throat and provide relief from a scratchy or sore throat. These also work well for clearing sinuses by coating the insides of your nose with a thin layer of natural “jelly.”

To make Throat Coat tea, steep about 1/2 teaspoon of these herbs in a small cup of boiling water for around three minutes. Then strain out the herbal matter and drink the liquid while it is warm. If you don’t like the flavor of licorice, then add some lemon juice to your tea to mask that flavor! You can repeat this process as often as necessary until you begin to breathe easier and your nasal congestion clears.

If you do not have Throat Coat tea in your local health food store, you can also use a mixture of slippery elm bark and marshmallow root boiled in water for around 10 minutes. You can make 2-3 cups of this herbal decoction at once, let it cool to room temperature, strain out the herbs, refrigerate what you are not using immediately and reheat more of it when necessary.

This process works because slippery elm bark has a higher mucilage content that coats any irritated or inflamed areas inside your throat or sinuses. At the same time, marshmallow root forms a protective layer over these membranes that helps them heal faster. Slippery elm is also very good for soothing a sore throat because it coats the throat and relieves that scratchy or painful sensation. Finally, slippery elm bark contains healthy compounds called “mannans,” which boost your immune system by activating specific cells in your body to fight off infection and disease more rapidly.

In addition to all of these methods, you can also make your homemade saline solution as a natural way to ease congestion and relieve sinus pressure headache pain. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt with 4 cups of water, and then use a neti pot or nasal spray bottle to apply it inside each nostril.
